BANK FINANCING – LOCALLY EMPLOYED (Both Buyer and Spouse if married)
- 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
- Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman’s Book, Postal ID, Voter’s ID - Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate
- Cedula
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Payslips (recent 3 months)
- Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)
BANK FINANCING – OFW / IMMIGRANT (Buyer, Spouse and Attorney-in-fact)
- 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
- Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman’s Book, Postal ID, Voter’s ID - Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Passport (front page and all pages with stamps)
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation / Job Contract
- Payslips (recent 3 months)
- Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)
- Special Power of Attorney (Consularized if signed abroad / Notarized if signed in the Phils.)
- Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate (Attorney-in-fact only)
- Cedula (Attorney-in-fact only)
To qualify for Bank Financing Loan, the Principal Buyer and Spouse (if married) must not have:
1. Bad credit record: Unpaid loans and credit card.
2. On-going legal cases
3. Income requirements: Combined income of principal and spouse must meet the required income requirement of the house.
