List of Requirements for Bank Financing Loan Application

BANK FINANCING – LOCALLY EMPLOYED (Both Buyer and Spouse if married)

  1. 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
  2. Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
    i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman’s Book, Postal ID, Voter’s ID
  3. Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
  4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  5. Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate
  6. Cedula
  7. Certificate of Employment with Compensation
  8. Income Tax Return (ITR)
  9. Payslips (recent 3 months)
  10. Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)

BANK FINANCING – OFW / IMMIGRANT (Buyer, Spouse and Attorney-in-fact)

  1. 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
  2. Two (2) Government-issued Valid ID
    i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC License, TIN card, SSS, Unified ID, Seaman’s Book, Postal ID, Voter’s ID
  3. Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
  4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  5. Passport (front page and all pages with stamps)
  6. Certificate of Employment with Compensation / Job Contract
  7. Payslips (recent 3 months)
  8. Post Dated Checks (for the monthly payment)
  9. Special Power of Attorney (Consularized if signed abroad / Notarized if signed in the Phils.)
  10. Proof of Billing or Barangay Certificate (Attorney-in-fact only)
  11. Cedula (Attorney-in-fact only)

To qualify for Bank Financing Loan, the Principal Buyer and Spouse (if married) must not have:
1. Bad credit record: Unpaid loans and credit card.
2. On-going legal cases
3. Income requirements: Combined income of principal and spouse must meet the required income requirement of the house.

STEP 2

Choose your financing and payment terms. After viewing tthe model houses, have a sit down discussion about the terms and process of payment.

STEP 3

Choose your unit and pay the corresponding reservation fee. Select the best location from our Sales Map before paying the reservation fee.

STEP 4

Submit requirements in 60 days. We will give you a list of requirements needed to submit within 60 days.

STEP 5

Pay monthly payments. During reservation, you will be given a schedule of your monthly dues. This will start within 30-45 days from reservation date.

STEP 6

Move-In to your new house! After full payment of the Downpayment, you will be scheduled to inspect the house. If you’re satisfied with the house, you may now accept it and move in.
